HiLux, Kluger family wagon ,Corolla, Prius among others are some of the cars which are turning out to be best buys among Australian consumers.

Cost of finance on cars like Yaris YR, Prius, Corolla Ascent five-door hatches have been reduced by the company when other firms have raised interest rates, which have not gone down well with consumers. At this time, value of the Corolla and Yaris has been improved by $2410 and $1700 respectively. If figures are any indication of the company’s steps towards curtailing cost then here it is. The price of YR 3-door manual starts at $14,990 the price of the variant almost 5 years ago. Price of Corolla, Ascent manual hatch starts at $20,990, same as that in May 2007.

David Buttne, senior executive director sales and marketing of Toyota said that the company is focusing on giving quality products to consumers and meet their expectations in terms of pricing, specifications and benefits. He also added that the assistance from nation wide dealer network and parent company in Japan, Toyota has been able to add value to their products.
At the end of this year, it is anticipated that the company will cross sales figure of more than 200,000, something which will establish dominance of Toyota in the Australian car market.
