Generally the process of aging begins to start almost from the year of twenty. All of us should learn something about aging at the earliest and there is no prescribed time for it.
Skin aging is starting very earlier and apparently due to sun shine and exposure. Sun screen to be used throughout the year to protect the sun. Eating more fruits and vegetables is good for keeping the skin fair. Fruits and vegetables are to be eaten sufficiently which contain more vitamins that protect the skin fairly. During aging, several things happen inside our body. Studies so far show that food restriction is having the influence in prolongation of life in lower animals and the recent studies have much support to show the same and its anti aging effects in several physiological and pathological processes. It is suggested that these food restriction relate to reduction of metabolic rate and marked life prolongation in rats. However, we go through time and our body is in everlasting fight against aging and we are not aware of it and do not know even a bit of process of aging.
The accelerated aging process can be reversed by way of changing a little of bit of life style and we can live healthier for a longer lives.
