Porsche celebrates sixty years of Porsche Club America by unveiling a limited-edition 911 GTS Club Coupe with buying rights for the club members only. A total of 60 sports cars will be produced with prices starting from $136,060, and additional $995 as destination charges.
PCA is Porsche’s largest organization and the latest 911 GTS Club coupes will be a perfect gift for its members to put a pin on the long lasting association. The latest car would be based on 911 Carrera GTS, cracking 430 horsepower channeled to its rear wheels through Porsche’s dual-clutch seven-speed transmission, accelerating it to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds before reaching all the way up to 190 mph.
Among the significant traits is its Club Blau body color, which comes compulsory with all the sports cars and adds to their uniqueness and rarity. The monocoque is 44 mm wider with sportive side mirrors, black framed Bi-Xenon TM headlights. The doors are marked with black “Club Coupe” and the taillights are dark in shade. The aerodynamic profile and front fascia have been redefined with more vibrant contours, which meet up with 20-inch sports wheels.
The interior is furnished with contrasting Carmine Red, baring dashboard which engraves “GTS Club Coupe 60 Years Porsche Club of America”. The door trim and center console are refined with carbon fiber. The striking steering wheel is stitched in Carmine Red and Blue.
The limited-edition 911 GTS Club Coupe will be unveiled in the United States in June 2015 with deliveries starting from July. Stay tuned to find out more about it next month.
