Admob Gets Better Ad Formats for Tablets

There is a lot of money that comes from advertisements and therefore Google has always provide good support to people who would like to make more money from advertisements. Hence, almost a year ago Google decided to acquire AdMob which allows people to search for the information through their cell phones and smartphones. Now it has been a year since the merger between Google and AdMob and Google is looking back at the entire year where mobile industry has grown quickly. As per the research done by Google it was estimated that more than 300 million smartphones were being shipped and thousands of new mobile apps were being created for the convenience of those smartphone users.

Google mentioned that they have been keeping track of how the mobile industry has grown and they found that the traffic on the AdMob network grew almost three and a half times. They said that AdMob now has more than 2.7 billion requests every day. This means that there are thousands of small and large advertisers who get results on AdMob network and they can access more than 80,000 mobile apps and sites for their search. To celebrate their first anniversary with AdMob Google has come up with some new features and products.

Google has been looking for the growth of tablets in the last year and they found that the traffic from tablets on AdMob has grown by 300 percent. Hence, to help advertisers in a better way Google has launched new tablet specific rich media ad formats. These ad formats are HTML5-based and built specifically for those ads that can look better on larger high definition screens that tablets have. There are various features available on the ad that allows users to tap, touch and swipe as per their preferences. Hence, it allows better communication between advertisers and users.

Google has also come up with enhanced tools for mobile app developers and this allows developers to promote their own products within their mobile apps. This means that these apps will have better and improved campaign management, new ad formats and better ad targeting options for developers. The mediation feature in the tool will allow developers to add best features to their mobile apps so that is easier for the users to make use of those apps. Google has also come up with deeper integration with various Google advertising products which makes it easier for the users to click and view different products.
