Chrysler in keeping with its tradition of organizing interesting events involving the public; has launched “Jeep Rocks & Road Tour,” which has already begun on July 16 and will continue through October 31st this year in different locations across the United States and Canada.
This event that is aimed at providing both current and potential customers, an on and off-the-road driving experience, has started off in Syracuse, New York and will end on October 31 in Fort Worth, Texas.
This event is completely free to all those attendees that pre-register. The participants will get a chance to get their hands for a free test drive on the entire Jeep brand lineup, including the all-new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They will be able to drive the Jeep brand vehicles over a variety of surfaces and learn to navigate rocky trails, log crossings and steep grades too. Of course trained instructors will be at hand to help participants.
The company says children are not left behind and they will be given a chance to be part of the excitement with the mini-Jeep vehicles.

The tour traveling cross-country will be in Columbus, Ohio from July 23 onwards, and thereafter in Rockford, Ill; Indianapolis; Boston; Omaha, Neb; Martinsburg, W.Va.; Virginia Beach, Va; Fayetteville, Ark; Charlotte, N.C.; and finally in Fort Worth, Texas. Click here for the schedule.
