Non-Retina MacBook Pro Removed From Apple Stores in the US

A report from Apple Insider states that Apple Stores are removing the (non-Retina) 13-inch MacBook Pro from their showfloors. It was also confirmed by The Next Web that we may not see classic MacBook Pro at apple stores anymore.

Non-Retina MacBook Pro

The non-Retina MacBook Pro is still in stock, but retail stores are not putting it up for display. One of the stores in Austin removed the non-retina MacBook Pro just last week and other Apple Stores are doing the same. We believe the reason for removing the product from display is that most of the Apple products right now have retina display except MacBook Pro, which makes it outdated.

Moreover, rumors suggest that new MacBook Pro 2016 may arrive this fall with some incredible new features such as OLED “touch bar” and Touch ID fingerprint sensor. It is presumed to be much lighter and slimmer compared to the current MacBook in stores.

The price for MacBook Pro 2016 is going to be around $1,499 plus it will come in different colors including gold, rose gold, silver and space gray.
